These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website, operated by Luxe Home Designs (“we,” “us” or “our”). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Information only; not an offer

This website describes our interior design services and showroom. It is provided for general information only. Nothing here is an offer, a quotation or a contract. Design, pricing, timelines and the scope of any project are set out only in a written proposal or quotation that we prepare for you and that you accept.

2. Images and natural materials

Images on this website are illustrative and may include renderings or conceptual imagery; they do not necessarily depict a specific completed project. Natural stone and wood vary from piece to piece in color, veining, grain and finish. Samples, photographs and screens cannot reproduce them exactly, so we encourage you to see materials in person at our showroom.

3. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, images, designs, logos, trademarks and layout, are owned by or licensed to Luxe Home Designs and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view the website and print or share a link to it for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from any of it, or use our name or logo, without our prior written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the website unlawfully or in a way that infringes others’ rights; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers or related systems; interfere with or disrupt the website; introduce malware; or use automated means to scrape or overload it, other than ordinary search-engine indexing.

5. Communications with us

When you contact us by email, phone or otherwise, please avoid sending sensitive information such as financial account numbers or government identification numbers. Contacting us does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side until a written agreement is signed.

The website may link to third-party sites and services, such as Google Maps. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Use them at your own risk and subject to their terms.

If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the website.
