Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Luxe Home Designs (“we,” “us” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit this website, contact us, or visit our showroom at 225 Atlantic Street, Stamford, CT 06901.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
This website has no forms, accounts or online checkout. We receive personal information only when you choose to contact us, for example by email, phone or in person at the showroom. That information may include your name, email address, phone number, the address of your project, and details you share about your space, budget, taste and timeline.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the server that hosts this site may automatically record technical data in standard logs, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages requested, and the date and time of the request. We use this only to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
Analytics, only with your consent. If you click “Accept” in our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. It uses cookies to collect information about how you use this website, such as the pages you view, the approximate location derived from your IP address, your device and browser type, how you arrived at the site, and how long you stay. Google acts as our service provider and may use this data only to provide analytics services to us. We turned off Google signals and ad personalization features, and we do not use Google Analytics for advertising. If you click “Reject,” or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not load Google Analytics. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. See our Cookie Policy.
This website does not use advertising, social-media or other tracking technologies. Fonts are served from our own website, not from a third party.
Information we do not collect
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, or health data) through this website. Please do not send it to us by email.
2. How we use personal information
- To respond to your questions and requests, and to schedule showroom visits;
- To prepare design proposals, quotations, measurements, deliveries and installations for your project;
- To communicate with you about your project and our services;
- To understand, with your consent, how the website is used and to improve it;
- To keep the website and our systems secure, and to prevent fraud and abuse;
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
3. How we share personal information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. We do not use personal information for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
We may disclose personal information to:
- Service providers that help us operate, such as website hosting, email, telephone and scheduling providers, Google (for Google Analytics, only if you accept), and professionals such as accountants and attorneys, who may use it only to provide services to us;
- Suppliers, installers and tradespeople involved in your project, to the extent needed to carry it out;
- Authorities or other parties when required by law, subpoena or legal process, or to protect rights, safety and property;
- A successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business.
4. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including to complete your project, to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements, and to resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on where you live, such as California (California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA), Connecticut (Connecticut Data Privacy Act) and other states with comprehensive privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we hold about you and the categories of sources and recipients;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions;
- Obtain a copy of your personal information in a portable format;
- Opt out of the sale of personal information, of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, of targeted advertising, and of certain profiling. We do none of these, so there is nothing to opt out of;
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use it beyond what is permitted by law;
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
How to make a request. Email Info@luxehomect.com or call +1 (475) 257-8622. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, for example by matching details you give us to details we already have. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of their authority. We will respond within 45 days, and may extend that period once by a further 45 days when reasonably necessary, in which case we will tell you why.
Appeals. If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by replying to our response or by emailing us with the subject “Privacy appeal.” We will respond in writing within 60 days. If you are a Connecticut resident and are not satisfied with the outcome, you may contact the Connecticut Attorney General’s Office.
Global Privacy Control. We treat browser opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control as a rejection of analytics: when we detect the signal, Google Analytics is not loaded. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is nothing further to opt out of.
California “Shine the Light.” We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes.
Do Not Track. We do not track visitors across other websites. Analytics, if you accept, measures use of this website only. We do not currently change our behavior in response to Do Not Track browser signals, but we honor Global Privacy Control as described above.
7. Children’s privacy
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Links to other websites
This website links to third-party services, such as Google Maps for directions. When you follow those links, you leave our site and the third party’s own privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for their practices.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a material change, we will post a notice on this website.
